By downloading or using DinnerJoy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

DinnerJoy helps a family decide what to eat using ingredients they already have. Dinner suggestions, including AI-generated ideas, are for convenience only. Always use your own judgment about food safety, freshness, and allergies. DinnerJoy is not a substitute for medical or dietary advice; double-check anything related to allergens.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions

DinnerJoy offers an auto-renewable subscription (DinnerJoy+) that unlocks AI dinner ideas for your household:

• Weekly, monthly, and annual options are offered at the prices shown in the app.
• The annual plan may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles all billing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DinnerJoy is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on dinner suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
