Just Ours Terms of Use

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Ours app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in the App Store.

2. Subscriptions and billing

3. Your content

The moods, notes, photos, and other content you create are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service: to store your content and deliver it to the other person in your space. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share any photo you save.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass, abuse, or harm another person, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

5. Not medical or professional advice

Just Ours is a tool for connection between two people. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and the developer of Just Ours, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
